Supersoft Toys
I’d like to take a few moments to discuss super-soft sex toys. Customers are confused by the terminology used by different companies to describe this new, and very lifelike material. The term CyberSkin is used by the manufacturer Topco to describe their skin like material used to manufacturer a variety of the products they make from CyberSkin. Probably the three most popular we sell are the CyberCock, the Vibrating CyberCock, and the CyberBuddy. Once you have felt this material and it warms to body temperature it is difficult to feel the difference between CyberSkin and real skin.
The second common term used to describe a skin like material is UR3 and that is the product description used by Doc Johnson. It too is a very life like material that has the suppleness and feel of real skin. Once it warms to body temperature the look and feel of real skin is amazing. Doc Johnson makes a variety of products from UR3 and the most popular sold here are the Ultra Realistic 8 inch cock with a suction cup base (it comes in 6” also), the John Holmes Realistic and as a Vac-U-Lock strap-on kit.
The third version of this super soft and lifelike material is Futurotic manufactured by California Exotics. Like the two previous materials it too is amazingly life like and realistic feeling. With your eyes closed it feels like the real thing once it warms to body temperature. Some of the most popular items we sell made of this material are the Futurotic Ballsy Vibrator, the Slimline Ballsy Vibe, and Nicole’s Futurotic Pussy & Ass.
Now each of the materials are a bit different and I’m sure personal choice would dictate which material an individual would like best. But for my money they are all superior quality products. There are a few things that they have in common other than the look and feel of real skin. First, they should only be used with water based lubricants like ID- Glide, ForPlay Gel, or Topco Climax. We do not recommend ever using a silicone based lubricant as it can damage the materials. Second, when storing your super soft sex toy wrap it in a towel. If it comes in contact with other silicone sex toys it can also damage the material. And third, you can clean any of the super soft sex toys with any anti-bacterial soap. Gently pat your toy dry and then we recommend brushing on some simple corn starch to make it feel nice and smooth. Cleaning will make the surface of your toy feel sticky and adding a little corn starch is a simple way to make it feel like new. Plus corn starch shouldn’t bother anyone because it is like putting corn starch on a baby’s butt.
I hope this helps to clear up any confusion about the manufacture’s material names. As always you can search HerSexToyBox using the terms “CyberSkin”, “Futurotic”, UR3, or “SuperSoft”.

“
Is a sex toy too personal a gift for Valentines Day?”
Bob - Kansas
II get asked this question a lot. And I guess the best answer is, That depends! I say that because it depends on the relationship you have with the person. It also depends on how that person actually feels about sex toys. Some people have no problem getting a sex toy anytime, while others wouldn’t want one no matter what. So before you rush off and get that special someone “a gift that keeps on giving”, take some time and think about the consequences. And just for the record this goes for both men and women.
Happy V Day
