Order may be shipped from several different locations

We use several different manufacturers/distributors to supply our products. Therefore, your order may be shipped from more than one location depending on the availability of the items and/or the type of item you ordered.

Your order is automatically forwarded to the proper distributor once your order has been placed.

The shipping companies we use for shipping

Whenever possible we will use United States Priority Mail. We also use United Parcel Service (UPS) for some US orders. International Orders may vary, depending on the country where the order is being shipped.

We do not accept COD orders

Important Information for International Customers

Customs departments in each country often have shipping regulations that should be investigated prior to placing your order; these regulations may pertain to duty taxes and/or allowable items. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

Ordering Online

You can add products to your shopping cart from the website by clicking on the "Click Here to Buy" button located with each product. You can choose to buy more than one of any item when you reach the “Checkout Page”. Each time you add another product to your shopping cart you will be sent to the shopping cart page so that you can preview your order, to do some additional shopping just click on the “Continue Shopping” link.

To see all of the items in your shopping cart at any time or to edit the items in your shopping cart click on the "View Your Shopping Cart" button located at the top of each page.

When you have finished choosing all the of the items you wish to purchase click on "Proceed to Checkout" button to begin the checkout process. First, take a few moments to review the items you have purchased for accuracy and the proper quantities. If everything appears to be correct click on the "Continue Checkout" button located at the bottom/center of the page.

Complete the online forms:

Fill out the billing information requested.

Choose a shipping method (Express Shipping is available).

If your order is being shipped to a different location other than the address you already provided choose "Yes" in the Shipping Address section and you will be prompted to supply the alternative shipping address.

When you have filled in the required fields Click on the "Continue Checkout" button located at the bottom/center of the page.

Next, you will be taken to a summary page where you can preview your order information to determine its accuracy. If everything appears to be in order then click on the "Make Your Credit Card Selection" button located at the bottom of the page. Should for any reason you need to edit your order, then click on the word "Back" located at the top of the page.

Finally you will be asked to supply your credit card information on the "Secure Credit Card Transaction Processing" page. Complete the following required information:

After your order has been approved an approval email will be sent to the email address you provided and your order is now complete.

For all of our international customers – Prices are always posted in United States Dollars only.

We only accept orders from the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. When you supply your credit card information the proper exchange rate will be applied when your credit card purchase is processed.

When will my card be billed?

All orders placed on our website are processed online immediately. All orders are received the next morning at the distributor and prepared for shipping. UPS Red overnight and UPS Blue orders are processed first and are usually shipped the same day they are received, provided the ordered items are in stock. US Priority Mail is processed next and are usually shipped the same day. Out of stock items are forwarded to a secondary distributor for processing the following day and are usually shipped that day. Occasionally orders are shipped the day the order is taken, but rarely. Also, since we use multiple distributors, we do not know the availability of all items on a given day. However, we are able to fill almost every order and are seldom truly out of stock on a given item.

Is all of my personal information secure?

The page that takes your personal credit card information IS SECURE! No one within our company will ever have direct access to your personal credit information.

We do not now nor will we ever sell the names or addresses of our customers. In fact, we would only ever use your contact email for communicating with you about your order and for sending you your order confirmation email.

Your Credit Card is billed by SecureToyCheckout.com

All credit cards purchases are processed under the business name SecureToyCheckout.com. This is the business name that you will see on your credit card statement. This was done to reinforce the fact that all of the information you supply is secure and also so that a less provocative business name will appear on your credit card statement.

How will my order be packaged?

Depending on how your order is shipped, and also the size of your order, will determine how the order is boxed. But in all cases there will never be any indication of the boxes contents. We never use the website’s name on any of our boxes, and neither do our suppliers. In some cases we do use “HSTB” as an abbreviation of our name but only on rare occasions and for return address lables.

What if I didn’t order this?

On occasion mistakes are made. It is rare but it does happen. Should you ever receive an item you did not order and you were billed incorrectly simply email us by clicking on the button located on the top right hand side of every page on our website. All of our contact information is available and we will respond to you as soon as possible. You can either use email, or toll free telephone number, or our instant online live assistance.

What if someone else used my credit card?

In order to reduce the possibility that this would happen, whenever someone uses a credit card they are also asked for the addition identification numbers located on the back of your credit card. (CVV#)  This way in order for someone to use your card they would need not only your credit card number, and your expiration date, but also your identification numbers taht are printed on the back of your credit card. However, if someone were to have all of this information and still uses your card; First, we recommend you contact your credit card provider. Second contact us by clicking on the button located on the top right hand side of every page on our website, and/or call our toll free telephone number and we will work with your credit card company to resolve the issue to mutual satisfaction.

Can I change my order after it has already been placed?

No, unfortunately due to the large number of orders we process all orders quickly and on occasion we also use multiple distributors to fill orders. In addition to that, your credit card is processed immediately, therefore we remind you once again to check your order thoroughly before you complete the checkout process.

My credit card was charged but I have not received my order

We do not ship orders if your credit card was denied. If a customer reports that their card has been charged when our records show it as declined, then the customer MUST fax a copy of the charge shown on their credit card statement along with a note of explanation and invoice number to this fax number for review. 1-215-333-0659. If the statement submitted is correct, we will ship the items ordered immediately.

Product shipped, but still hasn't arrived

If you have your invoice number, you can contact us at 888-886-0102 and we will immediately track your order for you and give you a status if possible.

We will also give you your tracking numbers if available so that you can track your order online. Contact UPS or US Mail with your tracking number to see if they have any information on when your package will arrive.

Sex Toy Return Policy

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure all of the items are working properly. We will gladly exchange any DEFECTIVE items only. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may not receive a refund at all and/or you may incur a 25% restocking fee.

PLEASE NOTE: If you feel an item you purchased was not described properly, please go back to the page where the item is listed and make sure that you are correct. If you feel that you are correct, please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will be happy to provide a refund if the descriptive information is incorrect, and we appreciate your help in improving our website.

PLEASE NOTE: If a product has clear and correct size measurements, then we will NOT allow a return because of size alone. Understand that we do our best to provide sizes on all pertinent items whenever possible, however they are provided for informational purposes only and should not be viewed as literal. Many products vary in both shape and sizes; therefore it is almost impossible to provide every dimension for every product. We suggest that when in doubt; do not order any item where you may have doubts about the actual size.

PLEASE NOTE: Just for the record all returned items are inspected upon there return. If it is determined that a product was deliberately damaged a request for a refund will be denied.

We aim to answer all requests for information as soon as possible. Please allow 2 business days for a response. If you are asking for specific measurements that are not yet on the website, please allow up to 4 business days for a response.

Out of stock items

We utilize multiple warehouses, but if an item is not available, we do our best list the item as "out of stock". The out of stock items are updated on the website at least once a week.

If you place an order for any item that has gone (out of stock), on the following day we will forwarded your order to a secondary distributor for processing. If after 3 tries, the item is still not shipped, you will receive a refunded for that item. Happily we are rarely “out of stock” on most items.

We do not have a physical store to visit

We are a web based business based out of the Philadelphia, PA and do not have any physical store fronts for you to visit. We do however have an extensive warehouse system to fulfill your order.
